As Maine buyer brokers, we consider the coast from Portland to Acadia to be our territory and are prepared to support a process of broad exploration for clients who have not yet chosen a geographic focus. The topography, culture, and amenities of different areas vary greatly. We understand that your quest for the perfect Maine coastal property may cover a thousand miles of shoreline and many seasons. We are patient and resourceful. It is not our practice to ask for any retainer. We are usually compensated by receiving half the commission included in the price of properties, due only upon sale.
